摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相法测定康盆炎胶囊中小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(40:21:39)(内含0.8g十二烷基磺酸钠和0.5g酒石酸);检测波长为346nm。结果:小檗碱在(0.083~0.747)μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.34%,RSD为0.98%。结论:该方法不仅操作简单、准确,且重复性好,可用于康盆炎胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of berberin in Kangpenyan Jiaonang. Methods: Berberin was separated completely on an C18 column, using a mixture of methanol, acetonitrile and water(40:21:39) (containing 0.8 g Sodium dodecyl sulphonate and 0.5 g tartaric acid) as mobile phase, with UV detection at 346 nm. Results:The linear range of berberin was in (0.083-0.747)μg, the recovery rate was 96.34%, RSD=0.98% . Conclusions:The method is very stable, accurate, and repeatable. It can be used for quality control of Kangpenyan Jiaonang.
