摘要
目的:研究香薷挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的制备工艺。方法:以挥发油利用率、有效成分百里香酚及香芹酚含量为指标,用正交设计法对香薷挥发油β-CD包合工艺进行优选。结果:香薷挥发油与β-CD包合物最佳制备工艺是采用胶体磨瞬间包合3次,挥发油∶β-CD∶水为1∶6∶18,包合温度30℃。结论:香薷挥发油采用胶体磨瞬间包合技术,可实现连续化生产,包合物稳定性好。
Objective:To study the preparation technology of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound. Methods: It was studied with Orthogonal design on the extraction of Essential oil of Mosla chinensis and β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. The utilization ratio of Essential oil, and the content of carvacrol and thymol were used as criteria in the test. Results:The optimum preparation technology for the inclusion compound of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-CD was using the collid mill to grind instantaneously and inclusion rapidly. The best condition were as follows: The inclusion times was 3, the temperature for inclusion was 30℃ ,the ratio among the essential oils, β-CD and water was 1:6:18. Conclusions: This complex prepared on the condition aforementioned is simple and stable. It can be used for the production in industry.
