摘要 目的:研究骨痹散对实验性小鼠膝骨关节炎的防治作用。方法:以切断小鼠双后肢内侧副韧带及膝内侧筋膜扩张部造成双后肢膝外翻畸形所致骨关节炎模型,观察骨痹散对膝骨关节炎小鼠软骨和滑膜病变的影响,以及血清一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:口服骨痹散3.66,7.32 g生药/kg能显著减轻小鼠骨关节炎的软骨退行性改变和滑膜炎症增生,抑制软骨Ⅱ胶原的丢失,同时明显降低血清中NO和MDA含量,并提高SOD活性。结论:骨痹散能有效地防治实验性小鼠骨关节炎,其机制可能与抑制血清NO表达、激活SOD和降低MDA含量有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Gubisan on mouse experimental ostarthritis. Methods: The experimental ostarthritis model was made by cutting off medial collateral ligament and medial aponeurosis of two hind limbs of mice. Gubisan was given to mice to observe the histopathology of cartilage and synovium, and the content of nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in sera. Results: Gubisan (3.66, 7.32 g·kg^-1·d^-1) can significantly inhibit cartilage damage cartilage, reduce the activity of NO and and cure experimental ostarthritis, which , synovitis and synivium hyperplasia, suppress the lost of collagen Ⅱ in MDA and increase the cevel of SOD in sera. Conclusions: Gubisan can prevent is related to the decrease of NO and MDA and activation of SOD.
