茂名地区药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 656 Adverse Drug Reaction Case Reports of Maoming

目的通过对2006年茂名地区各医疗单位呈报的656例药品不良反应(ADR)报告进行分析,了解茂名地区ADR发生、分布情况。方法结合Excel电子表格和手工筛选,建立ADR数据库,按患者性别、年龄、药品分类、不良反应临床表现类型、给药途径及处理结果等进行统计分析。结果ADR可发生于任何年龄,发生ADR药物以抗感染药物最多,不良反应涉及的系统器官以皮肤及其附件损害最多,静脉注射药物发生的ADR最高,导致死亡的ADR以中药注射剂(静滴)为最多。结论加强药品的不良反应监测工作,加快药品不良反应信息传递,临床严格控制中药注射剂的静脉使用,大力宣传科学合理用药知识,为安全用药提供可靠的保障。

Objective To investigate the occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reaction （ADR） through 656 ADR case reports during 2006 in Maoming. Methods By means of excel table and manual screening, data base of ADR report forms was established. The data was analyzed according to the patients＇ gender, general condition, drugs of causing ADR, symptoms, and system-organ damages, death cases. Results ADR could occur at any age. Antibiotic was the most common drugs that cause ADR. System-organ damages were usually seen in skin and appendixes. Vein injection was the main cause of ADR cases. Conclusion We should strengthen the ADR monitoring, accelerate the deliver of ADR information, and assure the safety and health of people.
