我国青少年行为社会矫正体制的历史演变

A History of Social Corrections of Juveniles in China

在过去几十年里，经济的高速发展伴随着许多社会问题，青少年问题就是其中之一。文章从青少年行为矫正的视角来分析行走学校以及“魔鬼集中营”等民办矫正机构出现的社会背景；并参照美国同类机构的发展，讨论了行走学校的效能。从中所总结的经验会对我国在此类民办青少年矫正机构的管理和规范上提供借鉴作用。

China＇ s social problems seem to flourish as rapidly as its economic progress. The problem of youth is a hard nut to crack. During the past decades, a great deal of attention has been given to youth problems in China. This paper will analyze the reasons accounting for the increasing popularity of private boot camps in Contemporary Chinese society, and discuss the effectiveness of this type of correctional facilities with reference to the counterparts in the United States. Suggestions on the administration of boot camps in China are finally put forward.
