高中生时间管理倾向与应对方式、生活事件的关系

The Relationship of High School Students＇ Time Management Disposition to Life Events and Coping Style

采用青少年时间管理倾向量表、应对方式问卷和青少年生活事件量表对266名高中生进行调查。结果表明：（1）高中生的时间管理倾向与应对方式中的“解决问题”、“求助”及“合理化”项目存在显著正相关。高时间管理倾向者在“解决问题”、“自责”及“求助”三项上的得分显著高于低时间管理倾向者。（2）时间效能感与生活事件得分存在显著负相关；时间监控观与生活事件中的“受惩罚因子”、“丧失因子”等存在显著负相关等。高时间管理倾向者在生活事件上的得分显著低于低时间管理倾向者。（3）善于时间管理的高中生更多使用各种应对方式。

266 high students were investigated with Time Management Disposition Scale, Adolescent Self- Rating Life Events Check List and Coping Style Questionnaire. Results showed that ： 1 ） The time management disposition of high school students has obvious positive correlation with ＂problem solution＂, ＂self - accusation＂ and ＂help seeking＂. 2） The time efficiency sense has remarkable negative correlation with life event scores. Time monitoring has negative correlation with ＂being punished＂, ＂losing＂ of life events. 3） High School Students good at time management are apt to adopt all kinds of coping style.
