摘要 文章从问题解决的需要和班主任专业发展的需要出发剖析了现有班主任工作评价指标存在的问题,提出了构建班主任专业发展评价指标体系的重要性,并对班主任专业发展进行了概念界定与内涵分析。文章还就构建班主任专业发展评价指标体系提出了建议和参考。 The article has proceeded from the needs of the problem solves and the need of class master's professional development, arialyre the existing class master's working evaluation index existing problem, have proposed structuring the importance of developing the evaluation index system of class master' s specialty, and has carried on the concept and defined to class master' s professional development with intension analysis. The article also give some advise and consult about structuring class master' s professional development evaluation index system.
