摘要
在吸收相关园本课程研究的理论成果与一些幼儿园园本课程开发的实践经验的基础上,探索园本课程开发的策略,即:以幼儿园为基地,加强与多方的合作;以教师为主体,吸引多方的参与;以实践为依托,强调动态的课程决策;以幼儿发展为目标,采用及时的评价。
This article mainly elaborates the strategy of based- kindergarten curriculum development on the ground of correlative theory achievement and of some kindergartens' practice. I propose four strategies. They include : ( 1 ) take the kindergarten as the base, and enhance the cooperation with others in every way; (2) take the teacher as the subject , and attract others participation in every way; (3) take the practice as a backing, and emphasize dynamic curriculum decision -making; (4) take the baby development as the goal, and use the prompt appraisal.
