摘要
提出了钢水连续测温系统在实验室条件下的静态检定和静态不确定度分析方法以及在实际工业现场的动态校准和动态不确定度评定方法。通过实验得到钢水连续测温系统的静态扩展不确定度为3.22℃(k=1.96,p=0.95),幅值误差在±10%和±5%时的动态不确定度为0.212%和0.167%。实验结果表明,该方法不仅能较好地反映钢水连续测温系统的静、动态特性,而且也为减小各种因素对测量结果的影响提供了量化指标和依据。
Methods of static verification in laboratory and static uncertainty analysis, as well as dynamic calibration on field and dynamic uncertainty evaluation for continuous temperature measurement system of liquid steel are described. The static expanded uncertainty is 3.22 ℃ ( k = 1.96, p = 0.95 ), the dynamic one is 0.212 % and 0.167 % corresponding to ± 10 % and ± 5 % amplitude error respectively. The calibration restdts show these methods can not only evaluate static and dynamic perfor- mance of temperature measurement system exactly, but also make it possible to reduce all kinds of effects on measurement.
