振动标准套组灵敏度测量的不确定度评估 被引量:9

摘要 按照ISO 16063—11,对中频振动国家基准测量振动标准套组灵敏度进行不确定度重新评估,为今后参加国际关键比对和修订振动传递系统提供了参考依据。在深入研究影响因素的基础上,根据实验结果和经验数据,分别对参考条件下和通频带范围内振动标准套组的灵敏度测量进行了不确定度评估,为振动计量领域提供了不确定度评估的参考范例。 According to ISO 16063--11, the sensitivity calibration uncertainty is newly evaluated for standard acceleromter with amplifier at the primary standard for mid-frequency vibration. Therefore, it will provide a reference data to take part in inter- national key comparison and emend the vibration dissemination system. Based on the research of effect factors, the experimental results and experience, the relative expanded uncertainties of sensitivity at reference condition and over the complete frequency are evaluated. It provides a reference example of uncertainty evaluation for the vibration metrology field.
