摘要
为解决实际测试中轧机传动系统关键点处动态扭矩不易同时测量的难题,提出一种扭振信号拓扑网络的轧机动态扭矩测量方法。通过把扭振计算的力矩和转角位移看作系统的输入输出信号,依据拓扑思想,建立信号之间的扭振信号拓扑网络模型。把有限实测点的测试数据代入扭振信号拓扑网络模型,可获得传动系统中其它关键点处的扭振参数值。轧机实际现场扭矩测试和数据分析处理结果验证了理论推导的正确性。这为轧机现场监测中不易同时布置传感器且非同轴的关键测点的振动参量获取提供了有效方法。通过编制程序可以实现轧机扭振在线监测和故障分析,从而保证轧机正常平稳运行。
For solving simultaneous measurement problem of dynamic torque of key points in rolling mill drive system for obtaining on-line torsional vibration parameter values, a new dynamic torque measurement method is proposed based on torsional vibration signal topological network. According to this method , the torsional vibration signal topological network model is established by taken torque and turn angle as in-out signal of system.The values of torsional vibration parameter of other key points can be obtained by taken the testing data of finite actual measurement points into the model. The analysis and data processing of actual torque measurement in rolling mill drive system verified the correctness of the method and theory deduce. Based on the Solution, it can program composition for implement on-line monitor and fault diagnosis on drive shafts and then guarantee the rolling mill steady operation.
