人才培养模式多样化是高等教育发展的必然选择。如何深化人才培养模式改革,充分调动学生学习积极性和主动性,满足社会对人才多样化的需求和学生的个性发展,实现人才培养模式多样化,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才,成为高校教学改革研究的新课题。文章介绍了海南师范大学在构建多样化人才培养模式方面进行的一系列改革探索与实践创新,为高校进一步优化人才培养模式提供借鉴与参考。

The diversification of the personnel training pattern is an inevitable choice for the development of higher education. This paper outlines a series of reforms and innovative practice in the establishment of a diversified personnel training pattern conducted by Hainan Normal University so as to provide for colleges and universities reference to and experience in bettering relevant personnel training patterns.
