摘要
为进一步解决过氧化氢酶(CAT)的基础结构和催化机理的问题,用三价铁盐与N,N,N-三(2-苯并咪唑甲基)胺(NTB)和N,N,N,′N′-四(2′-苯并咪唑甲基)邻二胺反式-环己烷(CTB)反应,得到了铁过氧化氢模拟酶(FeMCAT)配合物[Fe(NTB)Cl2]Cl.3H2O()、[Fe(CTB)(OAc)Cl]Cl.2H2O()和[Fe(CTB)](ClO4)3.3CH3OH.2H2O(),并用元素分析、电导率、NMR、IR和UV-Vis等进行了表征.配合物对H2O2歧化反应的催化活性测试表明:所合成的FeMCAT对H2O2歧化反应具有较好的催化活性.
To illustrate the basic structure and the catalytic mechanism of catalase (CAT), three Fe^Ⅱ complexes were systhesized through the reaction of N ,N ,N - tris (2 - benzimidazolmethyl)amine (NTB), ,N,N' ,N'-tetrakis (2'-benzimidazolylmethyl)']-orhto-diamine-trans-cyclohexane (CTB) with Fe^Ⅱ complexes in alcohol. They were [Fe (NTB)Cl2]Cl·3H2O (Ⅰ), [Fe (CTB) (OAc)Cl]Cl·2H2O ( 1 )and [Fe (CTB)](ClO4)3·3CH3OH·2H2O ( Ⅲ ). All complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, NMR, IR and UV-Vis. The complexes found to have good catalytic activity for the disproportionation of H2O2.
