摘要 针对现有各流量计机械结构较复杂、低流与微流难以检测的不足,设计了一种基于差压原理的一种新型液体流量计.本流量计以特制的导管和差压传感器作为流量检测元件,用STC12C5410AD作为微处理器.检测元件将差压信号转换为电信号,该电信号经仪表放大器放大后,用微处理器进行数据采集和处理,获得流量和流速值. A new type liquid flowmeter based on differential pressure principle was designed according to the disadvantages of existing flow meters which have complex mechanism and are too difficult to detect low-flow and micro-flow. This flow meter employs specific conduit and differential pressure sensor as its detection elements and sues STC12C5410AD as its microprocessor. These detection elements thansform differential pressure signal into electric signal. This electric signal was collected and processed by microprocessor after instrumentation amplifier, and then the value of flow and velocity of flow can be obtained.
