在东北地区首次应用股前外侧皮瓣行口底舌癌切除后缺损的修复重建获得成功,本文对皮瓣的制备要点、与其他皮瓣应用进行比较,提出该皮瓣是口腔颌面-头颈部缺损重建的优良皮瓣。
