激光针刀治疗退行性膝关节炎临床疗效观察

Laser Acuknife for Degenerative Knee:a Clinical Observation

目的探讨激光针刀治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法90例患者按随机法分为3组(激光针刀组,普通针刀组,电针组),每组30例分别采用激光针刀,普通小针刀及单纯电针治疗,连续治疗4周,于治疗前后按膝关节疗效标准和膝关节功能指标积分评定表评分,并进行统计学分析。结果激光针刀组,治愈20例,显效7例,好转2例,无效1例;普通针刀组,治愈13例,显效8例,好转5例,无效4例;单纯电针组,治愈10例,显效7例,好转7例,无效6例。三组疗效结果差异有显著性(P<0.05)。同时从治疗前后膝关节功能积分评定指标观察,激光针刀组治疗前平均积分14.22±1.06,治疗后平均积分5.63±1.23;普通针刀组治疗前平均积分14.38±0.42,治疗后平均积分7.36±1.03;电针组治疗前平均积分14.14±1.15,治疗后平均积分7.13±0.98。三组治疗前后症状积分比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);三组治疗后症状积分比较显示,激光针刀组较另两组疗效显著(P<0.05)。结论激光针刀是治疗退行性膝关节炎的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laser acuknife on degenerative knee. Methods Ninety cases were divided randomly into laser acuknife, acupotomology and electro-acupuncture groups. They were treated individually by laser acuknife, acupotome and electro-acupuncture for four weeks. According to Osteoarthritis Cure Criterion and Osteo- arthritis Function Score, the results before and after treatment were analyzed by statistics. Results From 30 cases in laser acuknife group,there were cure 20, good 7, improvement 2,and invalid 1 ;from 30 cases in acupotomology group,there were cure 13, good 8, improvement 5, and invalid 4;and from 30 cases in electro-acupuncture group, there were cure 10, good 7, improvement 7, and invalid 6. The differences among three groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. According to Osteoarthritis Function Score, laser acuknife before treatment score was 14.22 -± 1.06 and after treatment score was 5.63 ± 1.23, acupoto- mology before treatment score was 14.38 ±0.42 and after treatment score 7.36 ± 1.03 and electro-acupuncture before treatment score was 14.14 ± 1.15 and after treatment score was 7.13±0. 98, their differences were significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The laser acuknife therapy is an effective method for degenerative knee.
