激光吻合大鼠颈动脉的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过比较缝合和激光吻合大鼠颈动脉后血栓形成的差异评价激光吻合血管的优越性。方法Wistar大鼠90只,显微镜下暴露双侧颈动脉10 mm,一侧行激光吻合,另一侧行缝合。于术后1、3、7、14、21和28d观察形成血栓的血管数目和血栓形成的总体发生率。结果术后各时间点激光吻合侧血栓形成的血管数少于缝合侧,但差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。激光吻合侧血栓形成总体发生率激光吻合为5.6%,缝合侧为14.4%,差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓形成总体发生率激光吻合的大鼠颈动脉低于缝合的大鼠颈动脉,激光吻合血管能够预防血栓形成。 Objective To discuss the advantages of laser anastomosis of the rat carotid artery by comparing the frequency of thrombosis in rat carotid artery after suturing. Methods The lateral carotid arteries of 90 Wistar rats were anastomized under microscopy, with low-intensity laser in one side or suturing in other side. The frequency of thrombosis in the rat carotid artery was counted at different time interval after surgery. Results At different time interval after surgery the frequency of thrombosis in laser group and suturing group was not significant different. But the total frequency of thrombosis in rat carotid arteries was 5. 56% in laser group and 14. 44% in suturing group respectively, that with statistically significant differences( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Total frequency of thrombosis in laser group is lower than in suturing group, the laser anastomosis of vessels could prevent the thrombosis.
