高频超声定位Nd:YAG激光组织内照射治疗头颈部巨大血管畸形

High Frequency Ultrasound-guided Nd: YAG Laser Treatment for Giant Vascular Malformations Located on Head and Neck Region

目的控讨高频超声定位Nd:YAG激光组织内照射治疗头颈部巨大血管畸形的临应酬应用价值。方法回顾性分析应用心高频超声定位Nd:YAG激光治疗32例头颈部巨大血管畸形的临床资料。结果随访1～5年,32例无严重并发症发生。显效率71．8％(23／32),总有效率100％(32／32)。结论高频超声定位Nd:YAG激光组织腔内照射治疗头颈部巨大血管畸形,操作方便,安全,疗效可靠。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound-guided interstitial Nd ： YAG laser treatment for giant vascular malformations located on the head and neck region. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 32 cases with vascular malformations of the head and neck region treated with intersti- tial Nd：YAG laser therapy guided by high frequency ultrasound. Results Follow-up 1 to 5 years,there was no severe complication. The cure rate was 71.8% ,and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusions High frequency ultrasound-guided interstitial Nd ： YAG laser therapy of vascular malformations located on the head and neck region is safe, simple and effective.
