消痔灵联合Nd:YAG激光治疗儿童体表海绵状血管畸形临床观察

Nd : YAG Laser Irradiation Combined with Xiaozhiling Cures Cavernous He-mangiomas on Body Surface of Children:a Clinical Observation

目的探讨儿童体表海绵状血管畸形的治疗方法及疗效。方法儿童体表海绵状血管畸形患者78例。先行消痔灵海绵状血管畸形深部注射治疗,待瘤体缩小变薄后再行Nd:YAG激光体表照射治疗。结果所有病例均达到满意效果,随访1～3年,显效72例,占92．3％;有效6例,占7．7％;总有效率100％。结论消痔灵联合Nd:YAG激光治疗儿童体表海绵状血管畸形具有操作简便、组织损伤小、疗效确切、并发症少等优点,为该病治疗提供了新途径。

Objective To explore a new effective method to treat cavernous hemangiomas on body surface of children. Methods Clinical study was carried out on 78 cases with cavernous hemangiomas on body surface from 1999 to 2005. A new method for treating cavernous hemangiomas with continuous wave Nd ： YAG laser irradiation was tried after injection Xiaozhiling（ a hemorrhoid eliminated Chinese remedy） into their deep part. Results Good results were found in all the patients after a follow-up of 1 to 3 years. There were 70 cases with complete remission （92. 3% ） and 6 cases with partial remission（7.7% ）. No recurence was occurred. Conclusions Due to selective action on the target tissue, simple manipulation, fewer complications and higher successful rate, lager irradiation combined with Xiaozhiling has been confirmed to be a valuable means of treating cavernous hemangiomas on body surface of children.
