摘要
铝胁迫会影响植物对营养元素的吸收,干扰各种生理生化过程,同时在铝胁迫下,植物叶绿素含量下降,光合速率降低,部分光合酶活性受到抑制,直接影响植物干物质累积和产量形成。因此,近年来铝胁迫受到国内外研究者的普遍关注。然而,目前研究者就铝胁迫下植物光合作用所受影响的报道多限于某一作物,综合性的报道还不多见。本文主要就铝胁迫对植物叶片气孔特性和光合色素的影响,以及对部分光合酶和光合电子传递的影响进行了综述,并简要概述了铝胁迫下矿质营养(氮、磷、镁、铁)对光合作用的影响,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Aluminum stress can affect the absorption of nutrient elements of plant as well as various biochemical and physiological processes.Under aluminum stress,the chlorophyll content and the photosynthesis rate were reduced;the partial enzyme activities of photosynthesis were inhibited;both of which affected the accumulation of dry matter and yield formation of plant directly.Therefore,aluminum stress has attracted widespread attention recent years.However,the reports on effects of aluminum stress on plant photosynthesis lacked the integrity and mostly limited to one crop.This article summarized the effects of aluminum stress on plants in stomatal speciality,photosynthetic pigments,part photosynthetic enzymes and photosynthetic electron transport.It also summarized the effects of the mineralized nutrients such as nitrogen,phosphorus,magnesium and iron on the plant photosynthesis under aluminum stress in order to supply some reference for the related studies.
