The paper firstly analyses the actuality of Beijina mechanization, parking establishment supply and parking industrialization. Then the paper analyses the causes which restrict development of parking industrialization. It reviews the relevant studies about parking industrialization at home and abroad in which the foreign research are emphasized, and summarizes the experience. Finally, the paper prospects the outlook for parking industrialization in Beijing.
