摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定醋酸曲安奈德氯霉素溶液中盐酸萘甲唑林含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18柱,柱温为室温;流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(50:50:0.25)(用磷酸调pH至4.0);检测波长为280nm;进样量为20μl。结果盐酸萘甲唑林检测浓度的线性范围为65.7~157.4μg·ml^-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.6%)。结论本方法简便、快速准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Naphazoline Hydrochloride in Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Chloramphenicol Solution. Methods The determination was conducted on a C18 column with column temperature at ambient temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-triethyamine(50: 50:0.25)(adjust pH to 4.0 with phosphoric acid) with flow rate at 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 280nm and the sample size was 20μl. Results The linear range of Naphazoline Hydrochloride was at 65.7 - 157.4μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99.4% ( RSD = 1.6% ). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for qnality control of Naphazoline Hydrochloride in Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Chloramphenicol Solution.
