摘要 试验研究氧化锌对无炭黑EPDM抗紫外辐照老化性能的影响。结果表明,氧化锌可通过物理屏蔽和提高硫化胶初始交联密度起到抗紫外辐照的作用;氧化锌对紫外辐照初始阶段硫化胶拉伸性能的下降无明显抑制作用,但在长期辐照过程中可起到防护作用;氧化锌可使橡胶表面保持一定的疏水性,从而起到延长制品使用寿命的作用。 The influence of zinc oxide on the aging resistance of EPDM compound without carbon black under UV irradiation was investigated experimentally. The results showed that zinc oxide could resist UV irradiation by physical shielding effect and increase the cross-link density of vulcanizate;the decrease of tensile strength of vulcanizate at the initial stage of UV irradiation could not be inhibited by zinc oxide,but during a long-term UV irradiation, zinc oxide possessed some protective effect; the service life of rubber goods extended as certain hydrophobicity of rubber surface was retained by zinc oxide.
