摘要
利用熔融共混法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/四针状氯化锌晶须(T-ZnO_w)复合材料,考察了偶联剂品种及其用量对复合材料性能的影响;同时考查了自制相容剂乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(POE-g-GMA)及T-ZnO_w填加量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,偶联刑KH-570对T-ZnO_w有很好的改性效果。在POE-g-GMA的协同作用下,T-ZnO_w对基体树脂HDPE有增强作用.但不明显。T-ZnO_w对HDPE的结晶有很好的促进作用.在不高于20%的填充量下都可以使HDPE的结晶度提高。
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) / tetrapod zinc oxide whiskers (T-ZnOw) were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of coupling agents on modified T-ZnOw were tested. POE-g-GMA as a compatibilizer was prepared by melting graft technique. The influences of POE-g-GMA and T-ZnOw content on the property of the composite were investigated. The results show that the coupling agent KH-570 has better modifying effect on T- ZnOw. Blending with POE-g-GMA, T-ZnOw has slight effect on tensile strength. T-ZnOw can heighten the crystallinity of HDPE when content of T-ZnOw is lower than 20 %.
