摘要
研究了新型有机低铅稳定剂(XW-1)及其与不同辅助稳定剂复配协效对聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定性的影响。结果表明,与铅盐、液体钙/锌稳定剂相比。XW-1明显抑制了PVC的初期着色,提高了其色泽稳定性。并改善了其加工性能;亚磷酸酯、β-二酮与XW-1的复配明显改善了PVC的初期稳定性.但对中长期稳定性影响不大.环氧大豆油与XW-1的复配协效稳定PVC的作用明显。
A new organic low lead stabilizer(XW-1) was applied to PVC, and its effect on heat stabilization of PVC and the synergistic stability effect with other stabilizers was studied. The results show that XW-1 can markedly suppress the early color, enhance the color stability and improve the processing properties of PVC composite. XW-1 in combination with phosphite antioxidant and β-diketone respectively improves the early stability of PVC composites but has little effect on their long stabilization. The synergistic effect of XW-1 with epoxidized soybean oil is remarkable.
