运用Pro/E软件合理地设计了汽车内饰件文件盒村板注塑模具。根据产品的结构,设计了独特的横向斜错位非对称斜顶侧向抽芯机构和深水孔加冷却水道的冷却系统,提高了模具的冷却效果,确保了产品顺利脱模。模具结构简单紧凑,制造成本低。

By the use of Pro/E software, the injection mould for the document box liner of the automobile inner decoration is designed rationally. According to the structure of the product, the unique asymmetric tilt mandril of the core side-pulling mechanism and the cooling system made up of channel and deep cavity are designed, which increases the ability of cooling and ensures that the product can be successfully taken out from the injection mould. The injection mould is comoact and the cost of the mould is low
