清末《各省厘金创办年月及人名表》的订正与评议

Corrections of and Comments on "List of Dates When Likin Was Established and of Names of People Concerned" in the Late Qing Dynasty

罗玉东《中国厘金史》一书中《各省厘金创办年月及人名表》向来被学术界认为是权威资料而广泛引用。文章根据有关档案文献史料,对该表中所列23条记录修订了21条,并有所增补,从而比较完整、准确地展现了晚清厘金在各省推广的经过。

＂List of Dates When Provincial Transit Duties （Likin） Were Established and of Names of People Concerned＂, which is attached to the book History of Chinese Likin by Luo Yudong, is always regarded as an authoritative reference, and it is very widely quoted in the academic circle. In accordance with relevant historical literature kept in archives, this paper revises 21 entries of the 23 listed ones and enlarges or supplements some of them, thus representing a somewhat comprehensive and adequate account of the process of popularization of likin in all the provinces in late Qing Dynasty.
