摘要
贮丝房中贮丝柜组与风力喂丝机之间"一对一"的刚性联接方式,不能实现贮丝柜与风力喂丝机之间的任意柔性联接,不能及时清空贮丝柜的尾料等,影响生产效率。为此,利用柔性供丝系统和尾料柜两种设备对贮丝房进行了柔性化改造。改造后供丝系统可以使任意品牌的烟丝快速切换到指定的风力喂丝机,增强了调度的灵活性,提高了贮丝柜的利用效率。并可以根据车间风力喂丝机数量和车间面积灵活设计柔性供丝系统的具体布置,按生产需求确定尾料柜的数量,达到了快速按订单组织生产的目的。
The one-to-one connection between a group of silos and pneumatic feeder in cut tobacco storing room was unable to link silo and pneumatic feeder freely, the silo could not be emptied timely, and the efficiency of cut tobacco processing was negatively affected. Therefore, the storing room was upgraded by adopting flexible cut tobacco supply systems and tail tobacco silos. The upgraded system enabled any silo to supply any pneumatic feeder to achieve greater flexibility of tobacco supplying and higher silo utilization. Furthermore, the flexible supply system could be disposed freely according to the number of feeder and room area, the number of tail tobacco silo was dependent on production requirement.
