摘要
针对COMPAS 500型包装机卷烟小包封签常见的质量缺陷,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的卷烟小包封签检测算法。通过对边缘检测和直线检测算法原理分析,建立了直线检测数学模型,将该模型应用于COMPAS 500型包装机卷烟小包封签检测,能够有效克服图像噪声干扰,快速、准确地实现卷烟小包封签的实时检测,对卷烟小包封签缺陷判别的准确率达99.9%以上,误剔率在0.1%以下,保证了卷烟产品质量。
Aiming at the frequent defects in cigarette packet stamp application in COMPAS 500 packer, a straight line detection algorithm based on machine vision technology was introduced. By analyzing the principle of edge detection and straight line detection algorithm, the mathematical model of straight line detection was established. The model was applied in cigarette packet stamp inspection in COMPAS 500 packer, it was able to overcome the disturbance of image noise and ensured fast, accurate and real-time stamp inspection. The discrimination accuracy was over 99.9% , and the ratio of wrong rejection was less than 0.1%.
