摘要
为了探索区分不同国家烤烟的有效方法,利用电子鼻检测了中国、巴西、津巴布韦35种烤烟样品的挥发性成分,并对电子鼻采集数据进行主成分分析和线性判别分析。通过线性判别分析建立模型对测试样品的正确判别率为100%。结果表明:电子鼻方法是不同国家烤烟区分的有效方法,可为人工鉴定提供参考。
In order to find out an effective method to distinguish flue-cured tobacco samples from different countries, the volatile components in 35 flue-cured tobacco samples from China, Brazil and Zimbabwe were analyzed by electronic nose. The collected data were analyzed with principal component analysis and linear discrimination analysis (LDA). The results showed that all the samples were correctly distinguished by the model established with LDA. The electronic nose is an effective method of distinguishing flue-cured tobacco from different countries, it can be a reference in identification by skill.
