不同形态烟碱对斜纹夜蛾的药剂敏感性及相关酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对取食不同含量烟碱、烟碱盐人工饲料的斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫对银纹夜蛾核多角体病毒、氟虫腈、多杀菌素的敏感性进行了研究,同时测定了各处理幼虫体内的羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。结果表明:烟碱和烟碱盐能够增强斜纹夜蛾对氟虫腈、多杀菌素的敏感性,而对试虫的银纹夜蛾核多角体病毒敏感性影响较小。两种形态的烟碱对斜纹夜蛾羧酸酯酶的活性有明显抑制作用;对谷胱甘肽转移酶活性有一定促进作用,对乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性影响不明显。 The susceptibilities of 3 - instar larvae of Spodoptera litura Fabricius, which were fed on diet containing nicotine and nicotine salt of different concentrations, to AucaNPV, Fipronil and Spinosad were studied, and the activities of CarE, GST and AchE in different treated larvae were also determined. The results showed that nicotine and nicotine salt could improve the susceptibility of the larvae to Fipronil and Spinosad, while the susceptibility to AucaNPV was slightly affected. Both nicotine and nicotine salt could obviously restrain CarE activity and improve GST activity to a certain extent, while their effects on AChE activity were not significant.
