摘要
制备烧结砖时,在砖坯中添加成孔剂,使烧结后在砖体内留下孔隙,降低砖体的密度,从而降低砖体的导热系数,达到保温的效果。为此分析了不同成孔剂以及成孔剂颗粒大小、掺入量等对烧结砖的密度、抗压强度、吸水性、导热系数等性能的影响,以及烧结保温砖的存在问题及研究方向。
This paper introduces some pore-formers, and describes the influence of their particles sizes and the additives amounts, etc on the properties of brick, such as the density, compressive strength, water absorption, thermal conductivity, and so on. In the end, analyzes the existing problems of insulating fired bricks and research trends.
