大孔吸附树脂柱层析法对西双版纳产刺五加总皂苷吸附性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究HPD100型大孔吸附树脂分离富集西双版纳产刺五加中总皂苷的性能。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定西双版纳产刺五加总皂苷的含量;用柱层析法研究HPD100大孔吸附树脂柱对刺五加总皂苷的吸附性能以及洗脱参数。结果:HPD100大孔吸附树脂对刺五加总皂苷静态比吸附量达109.8mg/g,静态解吸率为88.9%,动态比吸附量达48.87mg/g,50%乙醇的解吸率为78.51%.结论:HPD100型大孔吸附树脂可用于刺五加总皂苷的分离富集。 Objective: to study the separation effect of HPD100 Macroporus resin for the purification of Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods: UV spectrometric method was used to analyze the contents of the saponins. The adsorption and disabsorption of the saponins were also determined by the macroporus resin. Results: the ratio absorption of the the saponins is about 48.87mg/g and the disabsorption ratio is 78.51% when elucidated with the 50% alcohol. Conclusion: HPD100 resin can be used to refine the saponins of Acanthopanax senticosus,
