双低油菜新品种苏油4号的选育

Breeding of A New Double-low Rapeseed Cultivar Suyou 4 for Modern Farming Manner

[目的]介绍适合现代农作方式的双低油菜新品种苏油4号。[方法]叙述苏油4号的选育经过、产量及抗性表现、主要特征特性和高产栽培技术要点。[结果]苏油4号由太湖地区双低品系组配杂交,F2再用主体亲本回交而育成的,种子含油率40.48%,芥酸含量0.425%,硫苷总量21.21μmol/g饼粉。江苏省油菜区域试验产量为2 692.2 kg/hm2,生产试验产量为2 719.5 kg/hm2,分别比对照苏油1号增产10.34%、7.49%。[结论]苏油4号适合江苏省及相邻地区采用传统的育苗移栽和稻茬浅耕晚直播现代农作方式种植。

[Objective] The aim of the research was to introduce a new double-low rapeseed cultivar Suyou 4 for modern farming manner.[Method] The breeding process,yield,resistance performance,main characteristics and main cultivation technologies for high yield of Suyou 4 were summarized.[Result] Suyou 4 was bred through hybridizing between the double-low lines in Taihu area and backcrossing F2 generation with main parents.The seed oil content was 40.48%,the content of erucic acid was 0.425% and the total amount of glucosinolates in cake flour was 21.21 μmol/g.Its yield in Jiangsu rape regional test was 2 692.20 kg/hm^2 and the yield in the production test was 2 719.50 kg/hm^2,which were increased by 10.34% and 7.49% than that of CK Suyou 1 resp.[Conclusion] Suyou 4 was suitable be cultivated in Jiangsu province and its adjacent area by traditional seedling transplantation and modern planting manner of shallow ploughing and late direct seeding in rice stubble field.
