Leukemia Inhibitory Factors and Its Physiological Function on Embryo Development and Blastocyst Implantation
摘要
综述了LIF基因和蛋白质结构、LIF受体信号转导、LIF在子宫内膜中基因表达,探讨了LIF在胚胎发育和胚泡着床中的生理功能。
The leukemia inhibitory factors（LIF） and protein structure, LIF receptor signal transduction,and the gene expression of LIF in endometrium were summarized and the physiological function of LIF on embryo development and blastocyst implantation were discussed.
