摘要
对烤烟追施硫酸钾的方法进行了创新研究,在传统团棵期追施的基础上增加了现蕾期(打顶前10 d)追施。结果表明,现蕾期追施硫酸钾后烤烟叶片的钾含量和烟碱含量得到了有效控制,钾含量的降幅和烟碱含量的增幅均减少,有利于增加叶片钾含量和降低烟碱含量;过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著提高,且在各个时期的降低幅度明显变小,有效激活了烟株体内的酶促防御系统,从而提高烤烟抵抗逆境或衰老的能力。
The method of topdressing potassium sulfate in flue-cured tobacco was innovated and topdressing in budding stage(10 d before topping) was added on the basis of traditional topdressing in resettling stage.The results showed that the contents of potassium and nicotine in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco with topdressing potassium sulfate in budding stage were effectively controlled.The decreasing range of potassium content and the increasing range of nicotine content were both reduced,which was favorable for increasing potassium content and decreasing nicotine content in the leaves.The activity of peroxidase(POD) was significantly increased and its decreasing range in each stage was obviously reduced.Then the enzyme recovery system in tobacco plants was effectively activated and the resistance abilities to adversity and aging in flue-cured tobacco were enhanced.
