摘要
[目的]为开发紫竹等竹类资源,提高竹类资源的综合利用率提供理论依据。[方法]以水为介质,分别采用水浴法、微波法和超声波法提取紫竹叶提取物,并检测提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和亮白微球菌的抑菌效果。[结果]紫竹叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果,而相同浓度的提取物对枯草杆菌和亮白微球菌未表现出抑菌效果。水浴法、超声波法和微波法提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为15.63、31.25和7.82 mg/ml;对大肠杆菌的MIC均为7.82 mg/ml。[结论]微波法提取物相对于超声波法及水浴法提取物有较好的抑菌效果。紫竹叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌有良好的抑制作用。
[Objective]The study aimed to provide theoretical foundation for exploiting bamboo resources including Phyllostachys nigra(Lodd.) Munro and enhancing the synthetic utilization rate of bamboo resources.[Method]With water as media,the water bath,microwave and ultrasonic methods were used to extract the extracts from P.nigra leaves and the bacteriostatic effects of extracts on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Micrococcus candidus were detected.[Result]The extracts from P.nigra leaves had some bacteriostatic effects on S.aureus and E.coli and that with the same concn.showed no bacteriostatic effect on B.subtilis and M.candidus.The minimum inhibitory concn.of extracts by water bath,microwave and ultrasonic methods on S.aureus were 15.63,31.25 and 7.82 mg/ml resp.and that on E.coli were 7.82 mg/ml.[Conclusion]The extracts by microwave method had better bacteriostatic effect than that by ultrasonic and water bath,and the extracts from P.nigra leaves had good bacteriostatic effect on S.aureus and E.coli.
