摘要
从原辅料的生产准备、饮料调配和灌装等对维生素水饮料的生产工艺进行论述,并通过对生产过程进行危害分析从而提出改进措施。
The production technology of vitamin drink was discussed from the aspects such as the preparation of raw and supplemental materials,drink blending and filling.Some improvement measures were put forward though analyzing the harm of the production process.
