Pragmatism and Ideological Education in China's Universities

西方实用主义作为美国的哲学思潮传入我国后,对我国的大学生产生了正反两方面的影响。要消除实用主义思潮对大学生的消极影响,一要区分马列主义、邓小平理论与实用主义在本质上的差异;二要坚持以人为本,实现个人的价值:三要提高大学生的人文修养;四要加强大学生的社会责任感。

As pragmatism is introduced to China from the West, both positive and negative influences have been produced on college students. The following points will be efficient ways to eliminate those negative aspects： to differentiate pragmatism from Marxism and Deng Xiaoping＇ s Theory; to stick to the principle of human first and realize the individual values; to improve the spiritual accomplishment and strengthen the social responsibility of college students.
