摘要
介绍了LNGT88J合金的冶炼工艺、添加元素及反应时间对柱状晶生长及磁性能的影响。圆柱形样品经过最佳磁场等温处理及分级回火后磁性能达到：Br=1117mT；Hc=137kA／m（BH）max=101kJ／m^3。
This paper introduces the effect of melting technics, added elements, and reaction time on the growth of columnar crystal and magnetic properties of LNGT88J permanent magnetic alloy. The magnetic properties of cylinder samples after optimum isothermal heat treatment in magnetic field as well as step-temperlng can reach： Br = 1 117 mT, Ho = 137 kA/m, （BH）max =101 kJ/m^3.
