摘要
文章用气体状态方程以及热力学定律对空气钻井中流动参数进行分析,重点修正了储层流体涌入的空气钻井中最小空气流量计算公式以及钻头喷嘴压力计算公式,为空气钻井实际提供了必要的理论依据。根据修正后的模型编制应用软件,结合现场实践,达到指导现场实际空气钻井的目的,为大庆地区开展空气钻井提供参考。
This paper analyzes the flow parameters in air drilling based on the air state equation and first law of thermodynamics and discusses the stress questions such as air flow rate when reservoir fluid inrush and bit nozzle pressure. A calculation formula is proposed, which provides the necessary theory foundation for air drilling. This application software is compiled based on the modofied model. It is important for us to guide the air drilling at weUsite. It can also offer some references for air drilling in Daqing Area.
