摘要
石油钻井是一项投入高、风险高、技术密集及资金密集的系统工程。大位移井钻井的摩阻和扭矩严重影响钻井时效。对摩阻和扭矩的分析有利于控制井眼轨迹,减少井下事故。对钻大位移井过程中所受的力进行了分析,综合分析3种摩阻扭矩计算模型优缺点的基础上,提出软模型是现场计算大位移井摩阻扭矩的最合适模型,介绍了软模型的几何模型及各种工作状况下的计算方法。
The petroleum drilling is a system engineering which has high devotion and risk and needs intensive technique and funds, Torque and drag in extended-reach well greatly impact on the efficiency of drilling. The analysis of the torque and drag is helpful to control well track and decrease accidents. Based on the analysis of the power in extended-reach well, the three kinds of calculating models of torque and drag are built. It also points out that the soft model is the best model applied in field. The geometry model of soft model and some calculating methods at various working status are introduced.
