铅中毒和ND免疫对黄羽鹌鹑免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用2×5因子试验设计[新城疫(ND)免疫分为免疫组和未免疫组,铅中毒按饮水中的醋酸铅浓度分为0mg/kg,50mg/kg,500mg/kg,1000mg/kg和2000mg/kg],将90只14日龄鹌鹑随机分配到各个试验组中,实行自由饮水和采食,研究铅中毒和新城疫免疫对黄羽鹌鹑免疫功能的影响。结果表明,ND免疫对注射植物血球凝集素(PHA)10h后的PHA指数无显著影响(P>0.05),但铅中毒可降低PHA指数(P<0.01);铅中毒对试验4周后(6周龄)鹌鹑的新城疫抗体效价无显著影响(P>0.05);ND免疫和铅中毒对试验5周(7周龄)鹌鹑法氏囊指数无显著影响(P>0.05);ND免疫对脾脏指数无显著影响(P>0.05),但铅中毒能显著降低脾脏指数(P<0.05),其中以1000mg/kg组脾脏指数最低。 A factorial experiment was designed to study the effect of lead poisoning and ND immunity on immunological function of yellow quail. Ninety 14 days old quails were assigned randomly to immunological and unimmunological groups (2 treatments) and administered lead acetate via drinking water at 0 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, 1 000 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg respectively (5 levels). ND immunization had no obvious effect on the PHA index after 10 h injection of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) (P〉0.05). However, the lead poisoning could evidently reduce the PHA index (P〈0.01). The lead poisoning had no effect on the antibody titer of Newcastle disease virus after 4 weeks (6 weeks old) (P 〉0.05). ND immunization and lead poisoning had no severe effect on the ratio of bursa of fabricius at 5 weeks (7weeks old) (P 〉0.05). ND immunization did not affect the ratio of spleen (P 〉0.05), however lead poisoning has significant effect on spleen index (P 〈0.05). The weight of spleen in the experimental groups was markedly lower than that of the control group (P 〈0.05) and 1000 mg/kg lead group had the lowest spleen weight.
