论高校学生社团的发展思路

Discussion on developing ideas of college students' corporations

文章通过对广州大学城某高校学生社团发展状况进行调查,发现社团存在会员对社团认识欠清晰、活动质量欠佳、衔接传承不够、社团的管理观念和管理手段滞后、指导老师配备不足等问题,提出高校学生社团应向社会化运作、品牌化建设和建立正规有效的培训和指导机构、完善社团规章制度,形成规范化、制度化管理等方向发展,真正构建能体现当代教育特色的学生社团。

This paper makes a survey of the development of college students＇ corporations in Guangzhou University City. Some problems have been found, such as being not thoughtful of associations, poor in quality of activities, insufficient linkup, lag in management concept and measures, not enough in teachers as tutors, etc. The authors suggest that the college students＇ corporations should be socialized with good brand in development; a regular and effective training and guidance agencies should be established; a standardized system should be formed, so as to build college students＇ corporations with contemporary educational characteristics.
