浅谈高学历青年医师临床和科研能力的培养

Development of clinical competence and ability of science research for young doctors with higher academic degrees

通过对高学历青年医师在临床工作中存在的问题的分析,探讨了如何在充分发挥高学历青年医师科研能力的同时,加强临床能力的培养,使之成为高学历和高技能的优秀人才的策略和思考。

Young doctors with higher academic degrees are very important for the development of subject construction in hospital. But in clinic although these young doctors have received higher education, their clinical competence is not good enough. This paper provides some suggestions on how to improve their clinical competence and make them become qualified clinicians with both higher academic degrees and exceptional clinical competence.
