摘要
为加强对青年教师教学质量的监控,帮助其提高教学水平,中山大学附属三院儿科教研室以学校医学教务处制订的课堂教学质量评估表的5项指标为主要依据,结合临床教学与青年教师教学的特点,设计出更细化的教学评估表,并据此展开专家与学生的双重评估。结果显示:两者的评价结果总体差异不大;同时,将评估结果以"及时反馈(实验组)"与"不反馈(对照组)"两种形式,以期探讨对青年教师本人授课水平的影响作用。结果显示:反馈组的来年教学水平较不反馈组的而言,总体水平提高程度明显增大。上述结果提示:(1)评价指标合理,涵盖教学主要要素,无论专家与学生均可据此对教师进行客观评价;(2)开展教学质量评价工作,可明显提高青年教师的总体教学水平;(3)及时开展教学质量评价结果反馈工作,更能有针对性地提高青年教师的教学基本功。
To monitor and help to improve the teaching quality of young teachers, Pediatric Department of 3rd Affiliated Hospital to Yat-sen University has designed a new teaching evaluation system according to the 5 main indexes of the official teaching assessment table which combine the clinical teaching and the teaching characteristics of young teachers. Using this new evaluation system to do the both sides evaluation of students and specialists, the authors have found that there are no differences between the new and the official evaluation system. When the evaluation results feed back to the young teachers (experiment group), they have improved their teaching performances quality significantly. While the young teachers fail to get the evaluation results feedback (control group) there are little improvement of teaching in the next year. The investigation results show that the new evaluation table has a good design and provides the students and the specialists with a better evaluation system, which may help to improve the teaching performances and basic skills of young teachers.
