临床医学七年制外科学位论文调查分析

Analysis of dissertations of seven-year-program clinical medical students in surgery

目的:总结临床医学七年制外科学位论文,反映学位论文的学术水平及七年制研究生对文献的利用能力。方法:对2007年毕业的浙江大学医学院二系的七年制外科学全部学位论文进行调查和分析。结果:67份学位论文均包括论文和综述两部分,论文部分临床分析占86.5%,实验研究占10.5%,疗效观察占3.0%。平均引文量为17.2篇,英文参考文献占77.3%,中文占22.7%,2002-2006年间的文献占41.2%;综述部分平均引文量为26.5篇,英文文献占83.0%,中文占17.0%,2002-2006年间的文献占47.6%。结论:七年制医学生外科学位论文引文量较大,学生具有良好的吸收信息能力。应从早期开始对七年制医学生进行科研训练,鼓励实验性研究。

Objective： To make a description of the dissertations of seven-year-program clinical medical students in surgery, and evaluate their abilities of utilizing the literatures. Methods ： Sixty-seven dissertations of seven-year-program surgical students who graduated in 2007 were investigated and analyzed. Results： Each dissertation contained a treatise and a review about a similar subject. There were fifty-eight case reports, seven experimental studies and two observational researches in treatise parts. There were averagely 17.2 references in treatise parts including 77.3%references in English and 22. 7% in Chinese. Moreover, 41.2% of the references were published between 2002 and 2006. There were 26.5 references in review parts on average, including 83.0% references in English and 17.0% in Chinese. 47.60% of the references in review parts were published from 2002 to 2006. Conclusions： Seven-year-program clinical medical students have satisfying abilities of utilizing the literatures, and these dissertations are of high academic level. It＇s suggested that a systemic training of experiments shall be earlier performed to seven-year-program clinical medical students. Experimental studies shall be encouraged.
