摘要
以羧甲基壳聚糖为接枝骨架,三苯基氯化锡为接枝单体,在80%甲醇中,于20℃反应2 d,合成了新化合物——三苯基锡壳聚糖羧酸酯(2),其结构经IR,TG,DTA和XRD表征。用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了2中Na+和Sn4+的含量,得到2的取代度为0.47。杀钉螺活性实验结果表明,在c(2)>10 mg.L-1时,能抑制钉螺上爬;c(2)>1 mg.L-1,室温浸泡3 d后,钉螺的死亡率达100%。2具有高效的杀钉螺活性。
Triphenyltin chitosan carboxylic ester(2) was synthesized by grafting triphenykin chloride on carboxymethyl chitosan in 80% methanol for 2 d at 20 ℃. The physiochemical properties of 2 was characterized by IR, TG, DTA and XRD. The contents of Na^+ , Sn^4+ in 2 were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the degree of substitution of 2 was 0.47. The experimental results showed that the snails climbing can be restrained in the solution with c(2) above 10 mg·L^-1. The snail death rate was 100% in the solution with c(2) above 1 mg · L^-1 for 3 d at room temperature. 2 exhibited good molluseicidal activity.
