聚丙烯纤维混凝土性能试验研究

The research for the Polypropylene fiber concrete performance test

室内试验对比分析了掺拌聚丙烯纤维的混凝土与素混凝土在抗阻裂、抗干缩、抗压、抗冻及抗渗等性能指标上的差异。试验结果表明,混凝土中掺入聚丙烯纤维,可以在混凝土内部起到一定的微加筋作用,对抑制混凝土早期收缩裂缝起到积极的作用,增加混凝土的抗渗、抗裂、抗折及抗冲击性能,提高混凝土的耐久性。文中试验分析结果可为设计使用聚丙烯纤维混凝土提供参考。

The test compares and analyses the difference of indexes of anti-- crack ; anti--shrink, anti --compression, anti--freezing and anti--seepage between polypropylene fiber concrete and plain concrete. The result indicates the polypropylene fiber increases the concrete performance against seepage, crack, break and impact and boosts its wear. The test analysis result can be reference for the same kind of design.
