Analysis and countermeasure for implementing flood control insurance in Shenyang City

本文在简要讨论洪水保险发展的基础上,立足于沈阳市实际,从水管单位角度出发,分析了制约洪水保险工作发展的主要原因,提出了实施洪水保险的具体对策。在洪水保险定位、保险机构的选取,保费的计算等诸多方面进行了分析,提出了推进洪水保险工作的建设性意见。

This paper analyses the main reasons restricting flood control insurance work processing from water administration unit view, based on the insurance and practice condition, and puts forward the concrete measures; flood control orientation and security institution selection, fee calculation are analyzed and construction suggestions to boost the work are provided
